Hampton Inn Eugene

This Hampton Inn exceeded my expectations and experiences with other Hampton Inns particularly in the cleanliness of my room AND the breakfast area. It is so hard to keep eating areas clean during breakfast but somehow they managed. All the staff I encountered were so very responsive, friendly, and helpful which I greatly appreciated.

I travel to Eugene often to visit family. My experience with other hotels in Eugene has ben that, being a college town, the hotels are well used and not the cleanest. The Hampton Inn on the other hand is very clean, and the stafff is very polite. I will be staying there again when I visit family in West Eugene.

Everything from check in to check out was seamless. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed a charger for my phone and they had an extra one to lend me. I also missed breakfast and the lovely woman at the desk when I checked out made me a breakfast bag to go. So appreciated!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. The cherry on top was the to-go breafasts they prepared for guest checking out before the continental breakfast hours.

Everything! Beautiful landscaping, friendly and professional staff, loved the cleanliness, attractiveness and great room feel of the front desk and breakfast area. Super clean, simple and elegant room. Even with cookies and fruit out! Excellent gym and pool area. And breakfast was great! Loved having coffee and exercise room available 24/7. I am a retiree traveling with my adult son with autism. He was so happy and calmed by the whole experience. He especially liked your towels and the bed comforter he cocooned into for a couple naps after showers. Perfect decompression place before our long flights home. Definely gonna be a repeat customer!
