Hampton Inn Eugene

Location was good because we would go back and fourth from Eugene and Veneta. Visiting family and seeing local attractions. The hotel itself is really nice, and the staff was awesome. It was very hot (hotter than LA) which was shocking, and we were immediately greeted and asked if we'd like a water bottle. It was ice cold and delicious. We also had asked for a bottom floor with one king bed, instead of the two queens, and they were able to arrange that for us. I loved where our room was located, next to the gym and right near the entrance. Coffee was delicious and there were plenty of options for types of brews and creamers/sweeteners. They also provide breakfast, but we were always on the go we didn't get a chance to have any, but it did look and smell delicious. The facilities were clean: gym, pool, and laundry area. We used them all during our stay. The laundry is complementary as well. The also provide laundry services, but we did our own while we stayed. I will definitely stay in the future.

Everything from check in to check out was seamless. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed a charger for my phone and they had an extra one to lend me. I also missed breakfast and the lovely woman at the desk when I checked out made me a breakfast bag to go. So appreciated!!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! We have stayed here several times and they never disappointed us. The entire staff exudes professionalism and courtesy toward all of the guests as we have witnessed. The pool is always nice and warm and not crowded. The breakfast was superior and plentiful! We WILL be back!

I was really impressed with this Hampton Inn. We often stay at this chain, but I had a really good experience at this one. The staff were top notch, very helpful. The breakfast was done better and had a couple extra options that I don’t normally expect from the Hampton. This is a slightly older Hampton which means the bathrooms have real doors rather than the barn doors the newer ones have. I definitely prefer a real door on my bathroom. Also, this one had light switches instead of automatic lights like the last one we stayed at. Being able to control the lighting at night while having an infant along was a huge plus. I also loved that there was an onsite laundry as infants make a surprising amount of laundry. Also, our room was nice and quiet. We didn’t hear any noise from our neighbors. And they had the complimentary cookies that Hampton’s sometimes offer as well as decaf coffee at all hours, which was a bonus for me.

The hotel has very hip and updated decor. The color palette is very inviting. Its clean and has multiple seating arrangements in the lobby. The front desk personal was sweet and genuine. I love that the Hampton Inns honestly have the most comfortable beds. You are guaranteed a great night of sleep.
